Tickets
A ticket is valid for the journey and date shown, or, for open tickets, any day that journey runs. Show it to the guard on your phone or on paper.
Changes and refunds
You can change or cancel up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. If we cancel a train (for example for high winds on the viaduct), we refund everyone.
On board
Children under 16 travel with an adult. Dogs are welcome in the brake van. Please stay seated while the train is moving and keep heads and arms inside the windows.
